Factory Setup

The knitting unit is equipped with imported (Taiwan) knitting machines. All machines with lycra attachments are used for circular knitting and matsuya machines from japan are used for Collar knitting, to produce export quality products.

The Dyeing process is fully equipped with latest technology machines - KROMSAN - TURKEY - HTHP dyeing machines, with Baloon padding, Relax dryer machines. The dye-house has the capacity of handling 10-12 tons fabrics per day. It is supported by a latest technology effuluent treatment plant to ensures a cleaner environment.

Various types of prints ( done using 8/12 head chest printing machines). wated based printing, pigment priting and Non-PVC printing are done in this division which is equipped to print 10000 pcs / per day. Special prints like Discharge, Flock, Spary print, Glitter print, and Beads prints are used on garments.

20 Head, 9 Colour, Computerised embroidery machines are used by this specialised division. Intricate embrodiery designs are created and edited by the computerised designing facility attached to this division.

Garments are finely cut with band knife and Lay cutting machines for appropriate precision. Each fabric is accurately measured to ensure perfect fit. The cut fabrics are then sewed skillfully to create suitable garments.

The division with 5000 Sq.ft area contains with 150 sewing machines and all are imported and latest machines from world leading machine manufacturer.

The manufactured garments are checked by our skilled workers. They make sure the quality of the garments is satisfactory and meets the international standards.

The verified garments are steam - ironed to make them wrinkle-free and attractive.

The packaging unit takes care of the packing process. Here garments are neatly packed with utmost care. Once the packaging is done, the garments are sorted out for shipping.
